Shipping Policy

- Standard shipping times range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and must be selected at checkout.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Extended Holiday Return Policy
- Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for return or exchange until January 15.
- Items must meet the standard return requirements (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).

Extended Holiday Shipping Policy
- To ensure delivery by December 24, please place standard shipping orders by December 15.
- Expedited shipping orders should be placed by December 20.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders placed after these dates due to increased holiday shipping volumes.
